This page explains how to delete the data PAR holds about you, including any data obtained through accounts you have connected to PAR (such as Facebook/Meta, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Zoom, or Slack). You can remove individual connections, or request deletion of your entire account.
For how we collect and use data in the first place, see our Privacy Policy.
If you connected a third-party account (for example, a Facebook Page connection or a Google Calendar), you can disconnect it at any time:
When you disconnect an integration, the access and refresh tokens for that connection are deleted immediately, and the data PAR imported from it (such as calendar events or contacts) is removed from our database. PAR can no longer access that account afterward.
For a connected Facebook/Meta account specifically: disconnecting in PAR revokes PAR's stored authorization for your Pages. You can additionally remove PAR from your Facebook account at any time under Facebook Settings, then Business Integrations, then remove PAR.
To delete your PAR account and all associated personal data, choose either method:
We may ask you to confirm the request from your account email to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Some records may be retained where we are required to keep them for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes (for example, billing records). Payment details are held by Stripe, not by PAR.
Token revocation and disconnection take effect immediately. A full account deletion is completed within 30 days of your verified request, consistent with the retention terms in our Privacy Policy. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
For any deletion request or question about your data, contact us at support@get-on-par.com. We respond within 30 days.
